"Only let your conversation be as it becometh
the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and
see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your
affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one
mind striving together for the faith of the gospel."
Philippians 1:27
 

 

This verse talks about striving together for the faith of the Gospel. Each year presents a few opportunities where the entire church is mobilized for the sake of the Gospel. This coming Vacation Bible School is one of those opportunities. The week of June 24-30, every one of you can find a place to serve. If you are not going to be in town that week, you can still pray and invite children to come.
Today's VBS meeting which will follow our time of worship will discuss the goals, the schedule, the places, and the teams to be involved with Vacation Bible school. Whether you pray and invite people, or if you join the games or crafts team, or you assist with teaching or manipulate puppets, we need your help! Please stick around today and join the meeting.
